At Susu Luxury, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order to ensure a seamless and elevated delivery experience.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Express Shipping
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days - Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available with the following rates:
- 0–500 grams: from $50 AUD
- 500–1000 grams: $140 AUD
For orders exceeding 1000 grams, shipping costs will be calculated individually. You will be contacted via email to confirm pricing prior to shipment.
Studio Pick-Up
Studio pick-up is complimentary.
You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. Pick-up is available during studio operating hours.
Christmas & Sale Periods
During peak periods, including Christmas and promotional sales, delivery timeframes may be extended.
While we aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, increased order volumes and carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched, Susu Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international shipping carriers.
Delivery times are provided as a guide only and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Studio Pick-UP
Studio pick-up is available at:

Please select this option only if you are able to collect from this address. If studio pick-up is selected and the order is not collected, your parcel will be securely held at our studio until collection is completed.Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message notification.Please bring your order receipt when collecting your purchase.
Postage Information
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery.
If delivery is attempted and a signature cannot be obtained, Australia Post will card the parcel. The card will advise where your parcel can be collected—typically your local Australia Post depot.
Kindly allow 0–3 business days for order processing prior to dispatch.In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours, as we aim to dispatch promptly.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Public holidays and weekends
- Delivery location and remote areas
- Natural events or service disruptions
- Customs inspections or investigations
- Australia Post operational delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these circumstances may affect arrival times.Please note that some items may be restricted from international shipping due to brand regulations within Australia.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
In the unlikely event that a parcel is delayed or deemed lost, an investigation will be lodged with Australia Post.Australia Post investigations may take up to three months to resolve. These timeframes are outside of our control; however, Susu Luxury will assist where possible to help resolve the matter efficiently.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made.Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.If a parcel is returned to sender, uncollected, or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient information, shipping fees are non-refundable.By completing your purchase, you confirm that all information provided—including your shipping address—is accurate and complete.If you believe you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at:
